Jason FenwickJason and two partners started a real estate brokerage firm in 2004 with twenty agents and have grown it to be the largest brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic area with 486 real estate agents specializing in residential, commercial and luxury properties. Jason’s background as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Operational Analyst, Risk Analyst, Market Analyst, Sales Trainer, Lawyer (non-practicing) and Strategic Planner; allows him to quickly grasp the collateral impact of the business issues presented by his clients. Jason’s primary responsibility is to assist agents with strengthening their business models and bottom line performance, through the development of efficient business strategies and innovative solutions. Jason teaches Business Mastery classes monthly on various pertinent topics. Jason has worked with individual agents, mega-teams, brokers and franchisees on growing their businesses. Jason is also a featured speaker at national and regional real estate conferences on a multitude of industry topics. Jason lives with his three teenage children and dog (Max) in Suburban Maryland is active in community events.
